This initiative proposes a response to the youth mental health crisis that focuses on the development of mental resilience and investing in the strengthening of the youth psyche, allowing young people to return to normal life now and guaranteeing youth mental safety and stability in the future.
A central element of this initiative will include conducting courses for volunteers through being a Mental Health Rescuer (MHR).
By being trained as a MHR, these individuals will have the ease of recognizing mental disorders among their peers and will be able to reach out directly to those in need, help them, and refer them to a specialist if necessary.
